We're not sure we like this new development at all. Our baby is too little to be doing this! It makes us wonder where the time went. Amelia started showing signs right after we got back from the states. Because of her new crawling abilities, we've had to move furniture around and create a secure space for her to crawl, and knowing that standing (and maybe walking) weren't too far away, we made sure things were ready for her to stand. We lowered the bed in the cot, we made sure the 'bars' of her 'cage' were secure and we were ready. We just didn't think it would be so soon!
And now, lest you think we're exaggerating, here are some pictures of her and her new found hobby.

Wow! She's gonna be an early walker, too! Look out, mom and dad--you'll be running to catch up for the rest of her life!
That first stand up really tugs at your heart strings...more so when you are on the last of the baby train. I cried with Jjk first stood in the crib.
