28 years ago today, my 2nd little sister and the fifth girl (in a row) in our family was born. And even though our parents said we could name her, part of me is still a little resentful that they vetoed my favorite name.
So I'm taking it back.

Thats the best name I've ever heard! I can't believe they didn't keep it!!
I thought it was "dinner plate"! (I have a feeling that the conversation about what to name our new sibling took place around the dinner table). We were so awesome and original.
Kitchen was the choice for Kate. I wish I could remember the why's and hows that came about. Your thoughts Kate...what inspired you?
